My Story
I grew up with some of the most stunning examples of nature surrounding me. All of my work has followed in the footsteps of the natural world that I encounter every day.
Come into my world of mountains and oceans. Feel the snow on your skin just as I grew up feeling. Taste the salt on your lips just as I have in my teenage years. Each ceramic piece embodies these feelings and these photographs.
Live in the present, but love the past.
Enveloped within the mountains of Colorado, my childhood was spent in nature. Going to boarding school on the East Coast changed the nature around me, but not the love and appreciation I held for it. The school campus is uniquely situated on 800 acres of rolling hills and farm land. The love for ceramics also started at school, with an introductory class sparking just enough interest to get me hooked. The combination of my two loves, nature and ceramics, is what this website is dedicated to.
